• Your booking is not confirmed until we reply back with your confirmation

• Please plan for traffic, if you are later than 15 minutes we will consider you a no show

• No shows really hurt small businesses such as ours so please call us if you can't make your booking. Same Day or Time Of Appointment Cancellations REALLY HURT as we do not double book so if you cancel last minute, the stylist will not have another client until their next booking. 

• If you have very specific desires for your hair results, please bring an example photo. English is spoken as a second language in Indonesia so clear photo examples typically lead to great results.
